Delivery (Digital Service)

Akıllı Katip is a **completely digital** service. The service becomes available immediately after membership activation and package purchases. There is no physical delivery.

Cancellation and Refund

• •**Monthly plans**: No refund is made for the current billing period; the next period renewal can be cancelled.
• •**Yearly plans**: Partial usage refunds are not made, subject to legal requirements.
• •**Legal Cancellation**: According to Law No. 6502, "digital content and services that begin immediate performance" are within the scope of the right of withdrawal exception if they are provided with the consumer's prior consent.

Subscription Cancellation

You can terminate your subscription at any time by creating a cancellation request from the **Account → Billing** screen or via **[email protected]**.

Refunds

In exceptional cases requiring refunds, payment is finalized within 7-10 business days through the **original payment method**.
